They got me scheduled pretty fast, which was a relief. The tech, Matt, showed up in the window they promised. Friendly guy. He took a good look and quickly figured out what was up with the oven. Only took him about an hour to fix everything. Didn’t leave any mess either, which is always a plus. The oven’s been working like a charm since then. It’s like it never happened.
